Warranty, Return & Refund

We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product you purchased from us, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the day of purchase, provided the product is in re-saleable condition (unopened with undamaged packaging, more details below). We currently don’t provide an exchange option.

To return Goods, you must firstly tell us by email message to support@mycomfynz.co.nz, specifying exactly what Goods, the packing slip or invoice number and date of purchase, and giving full details of the reason for return. We will then issue you a returns note. If you send Goods to us without a returns note, we may not be able to identify sufficient details to enable us to attend to your return request. Please note that no Goods can be returned after 14 days from the date of purchase.

All Goods returned must meet the following conditions:

  • have both goods and all packaging in their original conditions;
  • securely wrapped;
  • including our returns note;
  • at your risk and cost.

If we need to refund you money, we will credit your bank account or credit or debit card as soon as reasonably practicable but in any case no later than 7 working days from the date when we confirm that refund is due.


International orders

Countries have different customs and import regulations. It’s entirely your responsibility to ensure that any goods you order from us are not prohibited and/or restricted in your delivery country. We accepts no liability for refund or replacement of any goods or associated costs arising from the importation or confiscation of any goods by your countries’ customs or other government body. Additionally, any import duty or tax payable on your order is not our responsibility and is beyond our control.

If your order is returned to us due to customs banned or restricted or fees not paid, we will issue you a refund for products that are returned to us in resalable condition. You will be responsible for any return shipping charges and any associated customs or other fees. These amounts will be deducted from your original order total and any remaining balance will be refunded to you in due course.
